I had Sunday brunch at Privé ACM with two friends. Before 11:30 they have a relatively restricted menu, but each of the options is high quality. I had the Middle Eastern Avocado Toast with poached eggs (there is an option to have it with chickpeas instead). The seasonings were excellent, the artisan bread was thick and flavorful, and there was a lot of avocado added. The salad that came with it was likewise well dressed and complemented the dish. We had lattes and flat whites, and the coffee was likewise well done (with a small cookie too, if you love that!). Some of the previous comments don't match the food experience I had, so they may have improved a lot in the past year or two since those comments. During busy times, however, the wait can become somewhat long, so consider that if you're in a hurry.

We had gone thru the ACM and it was time to take a break. My friend wanted to get something and she ended up ordering a cold drink-I opted for the affogato which was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and attentive and the surroundings were pleasant. It is worth a stop for a small snack or lunch after visiting the museum.

After walking around the area, we wanted to have a place to sit down. It was a great spot to have a drink and relax. I love the colonial style of the restaurant it looked over the river. We sat in this booth area, had some drinks and desserts. There were magazines to read too and best of all, the restaurant was air-conditioned it was perfect as we were trying to get away from the heat.
